BLUEY AMONGST THE BOABS
These trees are the icon of the Kimberley, with some individual boab trees begin over 1500 years old which puts them amongst the oldest in the world. The Aboriginals used the boab’s as a source of shelter, food and medicine. Bluey is impressed with these majestic giants and they remind him of ancient creatures from a prehistoric past. But those bloody galahs have on respect, and are shouting abuse at Bluey from the safety of the boabs.
